By using our Services, you grant Artclerk a limited, worldwide license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to Artclerk's museum-grade features requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in illegal activities or promote harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access.
• Interfere with the performance or integrity of the platform.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Search

Artclerk uses advanced AI and machine learning for natural language queries, semantic ranking, and data extraction. These features are designed to assist with cataloguing and conservation but should not replace expert museum professional judgment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artclerk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

Artclerk may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artclerk is registered.
